Optical Telecom recently completed an in-building DAS installation at the new Omni Dallas Hotel in downtown Dallas adjacent to the Dallas Convention Center. Owned by the City of Dallas, the hotel features 1,001 guest rooms, including 67 luxury suites and three presidential suites.
The Omni Ft. Worth and Omni Mandalay in Las Colinas hosted the Super Bowl XLV teams in 2011. To support the wireless needs of the large number of media and sports personnel who occupied the hotels during Super Bowl week, Optical Telecom installed an in-building DAS at the hotels in advance of the big game.
